Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In their original packaging with all tags or labels intact
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following unless the item is faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Unsealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

- If you’re returning the item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
